“From one single web portal called Single Sign On, an employee may access several HR systems to aid them in establishing and maintaining personnel information on file with university.  To access the Single Sign On (SSO) portal and menu, click here and enter your unique identification number (UIN) and password.”

  • HRConnect – an employee can:
    • View and update employment information such as:
      • Gender
      • Education Level
      • Equal Employment Opportunity Minority Status
      • Veteran Status and Separation Date
    • View and update contact information such as:
      • Email, Home, Mailing, Foreign and Work Addresses
      • Primary, Alternative and Work Telephone Numbers
    • View and update emergency contact information such as:
      • Primary contact name, relationship, address and primary/alternate phone numbers
      • Secondary contact name, relationship, address and primary/alternate phone numbers
      • Foreign contact name, relationship, address and primary/alternate phone number
    • View and/or update payroll information such as:
      • Recent pay stubs
      • Federal Income Tax Withholding (W-4) information/deductions, change history, and worksheet
      • Direct Deposit settings and change history
      • Federal Wage and Tax Statement (W-2), current worksheet, forms, status history
    • Access financial tools such as net pay estimator, maximum contribution limit estimator, annuity calculator, savings calculator, Teachers Retirement System (TRS) calculator, and Social Security calculator.
    • View HR change log 
  • iBenefits – an employee can:
    • View current benefit choices.  
      • To change benefit choices submit an iBenefits document during New Employee or Annual Enrollment period. Alternately, if you have had a qualifying event (such as getting married or having a child) you may be able to make changes mid-year.  Contact your benefits processor if you have questions.
    • View dependents
    • View personal data
    • View and update beneficiaries
    • View change documents

  • LeaveTraq – an employee can: 
    • Review leave balances
    • Request leave
